The female over 50 could have been Keziah, Joseph's widowed mother. Deed Book 4, page 273, Hawkins Co, TN shows Joseph had mortgage on animals and tools. Joseph Pilant was a delegate to the Holston Valley Baptist Association from Richardson's Creek Baptist Church in 1836.
