MRS. DUKE PACE - Mrs. Etta Geraldine (Gerry) Pace, 55, of 1113 Jones St., Pocahontas, passed away at her home here Saturday. She was born in Augusta, a daughter of Lawrence D. Phillips and the lake Anna Lee Simmons Phillips. In addition to her father, who resides in Pocahontas, she is survived by her husband, Duke Pace of the home; Mrs. Debby White of Brinkley and Miss Susie Pace, also of the home; 1 granddaughter; a brother, Nathan Phillips of Lonoak. Funeral services were held at 10;30 a.m., Monday in First Baptist Church with Rev. Wendell Bradford officiating. Interment followed in Masonic Cemetery under direction of McNabb's. Pallbearers were Harris Cathey, Mendon Pratt, R. J. Barnett, Dr. Ben Spikes, Earl Chester, and Rod Martin. |
