Survivors include 3 sons, Richard Piland of Julian, CA., Jerry Piland of Honey Grove and Jim Piland of Henderson; 2 daughters, Katie Ruth Ivey and Brenda Gaye both of Julian, CA., 3 brothers, Eli Piland of Bonham, John Piland of San Angelo and Charles Piland of Fresno, CA.: 3 sisters, Ruth Davis of Garfield, KS., Dora Morgan of Jacksonville, and Evelyn Smith of Garland; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
