Obituary: The Sebree Banner; Thursday, October 3, 2002; Sebree, Kentucky Robert S. Pylant, 71, died Friday, September 27 at Southwind Healthcare in Boonville, Indiana. He had lived 18 years in Sebree before moving to Chandler, Indiana two years ago. He was a former member of the Sebree First Baptist Church. Mr. Pylant was a heavy equipment operator and worked for Deig Brothers Construction Company and for Local 171. He was a Korean War veteran. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Pylant of Chandler, Indiana; four daughters, Linda Clark of Chandler, Indiana, Laura Moorman of Oklahoma, Karen Rader and Theresa Main, both of Texas; one son, Robert E. Pylant of Evansville, Indiana; three sisters, Gloria Clowes and Ernestine Robbins, both of California, Lutretia Reynolds of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, Wyman Pylant of Texas; three step-sisters, including Judy Williams of Texas; one step brother, David Love of Texas; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 at Park Lawn Cemetery in Evansville, Indiana. Koehler Funeral Home, Perigo Chapel in Chandler, Indiana was in charge of arrangements. |
