The foregoing paperwriting was this day presented in open Court for probate and the execution there of was duly proven by the oathes and examination of J. N. Carlton and E. W. Smith - common two of the Subscribing witnesses thereto and was ordered to be recorded and filed this 8th day of April 1874.

Isaiah Jordan, Decd. For the love and affection that I have for my wife Frances Caroline Jordan I do will and bequeath unto her the following lands one tract on which I now live containing eighty four acres, one other tract containing thirty Six acres more or less I give unto her all my household and kitchen furniture I give unto her three head of horses 1 Black Mare 1 Bay Mare 1 Yellow Mare I give all my Stock of Cattle I give all of my Stock of hogs, 1 four horse wagon I give all My Sheep , 2 one horse carry plows 1 two horse plow 2 Bull tounge plows and wagon gear. I give all the property I give all the present crop. I give the above named property to my wife Caroline During her natural life or widowhood and at her death or marriage the above property Sold and divided equally among my children the balance of my property to be sold at my death and all of my debts paid, the balance of the money if any equally divided amoung my children. It is my will that Joseph B. Johns be appointed to execute my last will and testament - this the 8 of November 1873.
