CLYDE MILAM
Clyde W. Milam, 81, of 104 Lawndale, Bartonville, died at 2:20 p.m. Sunday (July 1, 1990) at Sharon Oaks Health Care Center.
Born Nov. 24, 1908, in Herrin to Benjamin and Bertha Stalins Milam, he married Flora Agnes Pylant in 1933 in Peoria. She died in 1968 in Bartonville. One brother also preceded him in death.
Surviving are three sons, Cluade of Groveland, William of La Mesa, Calif., and Robert of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Keith (Betty) Zelmer of Herrin.
He had worked in the netting department at Keystone Steel & Wire Co. for more than 30 years, retiring in 1969. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Mohammed Temple Shrine.
Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of ashes will be in Swanlake Memory Gardens at a later date. There will be no visitation. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
