Shared note	Bud A. Pylant, 70, of Houston died Tuesday, May 16, 1995. Mr. Pylant was born on September 30, 1924 in Loraine, Texas and had been a resident of Houston for thirty-one years. He was a longtime manager of Whites Auto Stores in Austin and Dallas, Mr. Pylant retired from Addressograph Multigraph. He served in the United States Navy in the Pacific Theater during World War II and stateside during the Korean War. Mr. Pylant was preceded in death by his parents, Admiral Dewey Pylant and Gracie Collins Pylant of Arlington, Texas, and his brother, Leroy Pylant. He is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Hazel Gunn Pylant; son, Ronald A. Pylant of LaPorte, TX; daughters, Connie Pylant Munn of Baton Rouge, LA, Ginger Pylant Lindow of Parkville, MO., and Rhonda Pylant Flud of Laredo, TX.; his daughter-in-law; his sons-in-law; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; his two sisters, Anna and Venita; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Geo. H. Lewis and Sons, 1010 Bering Drive after 12 Noon Thursday, where the family will be present from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. to receive friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Friday, May 19, 1995 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway with Rev. M. Eugene Vickery officiating. Interment will follow.
