Served in Air Force in World War II (11/42 - 12/45). Remained in U.S. Lived in Grubbs, Marcella, Guion, Batesville, Cotter, and North Little Rock (1952- 1953) (all in Arkansas) as well as West Point, Mississippi (1955 until death). Owned ice plant in Cotter, Arkansas while Bull Shoals Dam was being built near there. Left Cotter in late 40's or early 50's. Was personnel executive with Bryan Brothers Packing Co., later Bryan Foods. |
