Shared note	Stephen A. Pyland, age 60, passed away June 20, 1989 while traveling through Texas. Resident of Long Key, formerly of Miami, he was a retired air traffic controller. Member of the VFW, American Legion, Elks and Moose. He is survived by his wife Jean, sons Steve, Joe and Jeff and daughter Lizette Miller and four grandchildren: Joey, Kelly Jean, Justin and John. He will always be remembered for bringing Christmas Trees to the Florida Keys from North Carolina. Services were held on Saturday at Stanfill Funeral Home and burial following at Woodlawn South in Miami.
