Obit: From the Blytheville Courier News published at Blytheville, Arkansas: March 29, 1961 CHANCIE EVERETT PYLANT Services for CHANCIE EVERETT PYLANT, 64, who died at his Leachville home yesterday, will be held Tuesday at the Macon Methodist Church near Monette. Mr. Pylant was a farmer and veteran of World War I. he was born at Monette and had lived all his life at Monette and Leachville. He was a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. MACEY PYLANT of Leachville; five sons, RUDY PYLANT, KENNETT, IRA PYLANT, MAX PYLANT, JACK PYLANT, all of Memphis, and TED PYLANT of Leachville; one daughter Mrs. BILLIE FERN GARVER of Chicago; one brother KELSIE PYLANT of St. Louis and 11 grandchildren. Burial will be in Cardwell Cemetery. Howard Funeral Service in charge.
