Pylant Geneology

I, Bluford Pyland, do make and publish this as my last will and testament - hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts to be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any money that I may be dispossed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my son William Henderson Pyland's bodily heirs one half of all the propery and Fourthly I bequeath to Mary Green Anderson's bodily heirs the other half of all the property that I die posessed of if any there be after the expenses are paid out of it. Lastly, I do hereby leave it to the court to appoint my Executor. In witness whereof I do, to this my will set my and and sel this 11th day of March 1870. signed: Bluford Pyland - Seal
