Pyland vs; Divorce John Pyland On this day this cause same on to be heard at Chambers on the decree proconfesso, petition filed herein and proof taken orally from which the court finds that the defendant John Pyland had willfully deserted and absented himself for more than one whole year next before the filing of the petition from said complainant Martha Pyland without reasonable cause that the said Martha resided in this State for one whole year next before the commencement of this court that the cause of divorce occurred in this State and within five years next before the filing of this action. It is therefore considered adjudged and decreed by the court that the bonds on matrimony heretofore existing between the complainant and defendant be and they are hereby dissolved and held for naught and that complainant be restored to all her rights as a single person and that defendant pay all costs of this suit.
